Chapter-organized and led events that bring together members from multiple chapters across a given region; these events are typically hosted on or near a host chapter’s campus and include a combination of social and team-building activities, along with member-led workshops and presentations. They can take place at any time throughout the year, but often fall during the fall or winter semester outside of exam periods. Oftentimes, chapters need to plan well in advance and can seek out funding support for the event from their faculties.
