Each year, we welcome in our new group of Chapter leaders through this three-day intensive workshop and planning weekend. The Leadership Summit marks an essential moment for all new Chapter Presidents to get inspiration for the year and to build their network of EWBers from across Canada.

Whether leaders are coming in from newly-forming chapters or from chapters that have over a decade of history and experience, the Summit is the best time in a President's tenure to build, plan, and dream up an impactful annual program with the help of their peers and EWB staff.

When gathering restrictions allow, this event takes place in-person, typically in Toronto or Ottawa, and sometimes coincides with the Advocacy Day on the Hill.
